I've lived in this town over 20 years, and it never ceases to amaze me the number of dilatory peeps around. I've studied them over this 20 year period and plotted them on the map above.
I've highlighted the main hotspots.
1. The Bus Depot: This is the main hotspot for dilatory peeps, they are drawn to buses and bus routes and their main starting point for any town.
2. The Train Station: Now as you can see the train station is not as populated with dilatory peeps, one of the main reasons for this is becuase the station is new and the dilatory peeps have only recently discovered it. Again the train station is another area for dilatory peeps to enter towns and cities.
3. The Local Game Shop: For some reason dilatory peeps like to mingle around the local game shops, here's just one of the many examples.
4. Twits in the road: I can't for the life of me discover why dilatory peeps like to walk in the middle of the road. This is one of my biggest moans and a reason for this survey.

Dilatory peeps think they are superman and can withstand the forces of a car hitting them at 20-30 mph. Idiots!
One day Im going to run dilatory peep over and I hope this ickle survey motivates you to do the same.
